Aleesha young has firmly established herself in the elite bodybuilding industry as a top females. Aleesha Young was born 1984 to a sporting family. They also had siblings who played athletics, including hockey and ice skating. Aleesha also played various sports like soccer, basketball and softball, before she got into bodybuilding, when she was about 15 years old. Aleesha won her pro card when she won the NPC USA Championships in 2014. Her first year of competition, it was in 2008. In 2014, she participated in IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. Then she fought to secure an 8th place finish in the 2015. Aleesha finished 6th both in 2015 and 2016 in 2016 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha has been steadily growing and, in 2019, she brought home her first ever pro title: in the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best showing at WOS Rising Phoenix. WOS Rising Phoenix was in the year 2020, when she snagged 4th position. The "World's strongest mother" took a break from bodybuilding for health reasons.
